Wall Street Fat Cats Strike
Think your cat causes trouble around the house? Clawed window screens or dug up plant aren't that bad when you consider Meow of Worcestershire, England. Morgan Stanley had to file suit in a dispute over Meow's alleged registration of a domain name using its trademark.

The arbiters, however, were dubious:
Respondent maintains that it is a cat, that is, a well-known carnivorous quadruped which has long been domesticated. However, it is equally well-known that the common cat, whose scientific name is Felis domesticus, cannot speak or read or write.
